This Colregs Presentation on CD should be used together with the manual "International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea" by Capt P. Deseck.
The presentations includes over 1500 slides which were made in PowerPoint and over 50 animations made in Adobe Flash.
The Presentation is a modern way of teaching and shows nearly every possible situation with pictures, graphics and short texts which should make studying more visual and more agreable than reading long and tedeous texts.

The Internet Presentation has the disadvantage that it is slow to load and it is also more difficult to go from one slide to another. Besides, as it was made in a Mac platform, Windows users need to have Quicktime installed. On slow computers the presentation may be a little slower than on a Mac computer.
The CD Presentation has the advantage that it shows the slides like in a real Powerpoint presnetation. Besides, the CD can be played without having an internet connection, which is usualy the case at sea on board of a vessel.
