Like in each voyage charter agreement we find here the part with boxes (part I - the box part), the part with the printed clauses 1-17 (part II - the text part) and the additional clauses 18-33 (riders or side clauses). There are no addenda or "side letter".

Note

Although nowadays the 1994 edition is commonly in use, we reproduced the 1976 edition, which we had at our disposal. This reproduction of the 1976 GENCON only serves as an example and shows us how the different clauses can be adapted to suit the interest of both the Owner and the charterer.
