During loading
- Stop all cargo / bunkering operations / inform terminal
- Inform Master and alarm oil response team
- Lower level into tank by dropping cargo back to an empty or slack tank or cargo to be transferred ashore if all is full
- Start immediate actions and report
During discharging
- Stop all cargo operations / inform terminal<:
- Inform Master and alarm oil response team
- Drop oil into empty slack tanks
- Start immediate actions and report
