TECHNICAL OPERATIONS

COMMUNICATION

With regard to the quality and safety policy of the Company, it is imperative to provide the system with an efficient communication level. In view of this, the standardization of all documents and communications is required.

All documents such as:

telex
fax
e-mails
reports
purchasing request
etc

shall at least contain :

the date of issue
the identification of the person issuing the document
the identification of the addressee
references

All written communication and information must be in the English language.
